摘要:

介绍了金属材料的细晶强化工艺。采用不同的工艺方法,可使金属材料的晶粒尺寸在熔铸阶段得到细化,并向微米、亚微米、纳米晶方向发展,为材料的后续加工和进一步提高其物理机械性能奠定良好基础。

Abstract:

Technology of fine-grained strengthening for metal material was introduced in this paper.By means of different processes,grain-size of the metal material could be fined during the procedure of melting and casting.And the fine grains in this material are expected to be in the scale of micron-,submicron meter,and more finely in the nano-meter scale.Such fine grain-size is helpful for the subsequent process and the enhancement in the physical and mechanical properties of the material.
